The modified atmosphere tray sealer keeps food fresh, retains colour and taste, and aids in shelf life. This unit is suited to butchers and meat processors, commercial kitchens and other food processing businesses. Stainless steel main construction. Programmable control system with a touch screen control panel. Comes with one mould to suit 4 trays 260mm x 175mm x up to 55mm. Other tray moulds can be made to order. Packaging speed 2-3 cycles/minute. Machine dimensions 1200x1170x1480mm.
