CHR Hansen's Safe Pro B-2 is a single strain culture comprised of Lactobacillus sakei. It helps suppress the growth of pathogenic and spoilage bacteria on cooked and cured meat products, as well as in cured and spreadable sausages. The culture can be applied by dipping and spraying on cooked meats, or added to the brine for raw cured meats as well as dipped or sprayed on the surface, or added directly to the chopper when manufacturing fresh cured and spreadable sausages. Use 100g culture for up to 200kg meat.
